Sent package with 1 adapter missing! Tried to contact no response!

Ordered through Walmart, delivered two days early.

missing pieces and no idea how to use the purple sleeve.

Nothing to dislike, read all information and follow directions.

Good packaging, great product! Not overly expensive!

I rated one star for the following reason, during the cleaning process a horrible unbearable odor was emitting from the machine. I begin to have severe headaches and episodes of coughing. I did not have any of these symptoms before using SoClean. I opened windows in my room for ventilation, but the odor remained in the room. The odor was lingering in the tubing of my CPAP and the water tank. I returned on 4th day after 3 days of use. I felt my lungs were in jeopardy of harm.

I ordered it, they sent it to me pretty quickly. No problems.

Seller sent completely wrong item, did not respond to any emails sent to try to correct. Its been 3 weeks!
