It took 3 weeks to get here from CHINA. I hate I wasted my money on theCCP. Pencil was a real crayon which won't do as a liner, (too soft). I was trying to get a certain color as a liner. I will look next time to see if the seller is China. Walmart as the seller I've never had any problems with service or quality. Keep it up!
