HORRIBLE!!! The mattress is cheap and not the 12" they said it was. Their customer service is zero. I never heard back for the return, and would not recommend even for a dog.

The mattress arrived rolled up tightly in a box with simple directions as described.

the seller reached out but has yet to resolve. the saller assumes it (Mattress) was sent to the wrong address? No. i have the mattress, its horrible. i wish it would have gone to a wrong address. The dropboff picture to my doorstep is totally black. i got the item but this whole thing from start to finish has been an inconvenience.

Great for the price paid couldn't beat it. My daughter loves it. She's been sleeping a lot better. And that's comparing it to my almost $4000 mattress from a mattress store. a bit too firm though for a medium

mattress arrive next day. However i live on the second floor and had to go get my package which was just thrown down at the mailbox area

Purchased a 10 in mattress and they sent me a stupid 8 inch very disappointing

Very disappointed with this mattress! Not the mattress itself but the condition it arrived in. I have purchased several mattress toppers that have always come in a box. Not this one. It was wrapped in clear plastic wrap . Wrapped length wise, which made it much taller than me. And, most frustrating of all was that it was wrapped in a clear plastic wrap . The plastic was torn all over which allowed dust, dirt and small bugs. I can’t use it due to being immunocompromised and in liver failure. I am a. Wheelchair user who has little strength to return to a Walmart store. I was given the option to wrap it up using the same packing material and it could be picked up to return it. That would be impossible for me to do. I don’t have the right tape or paper to make it safe to ship without causing more damage to the mattress. Everything about this transaction has been unsatisfactory.
