Placed order for single 3’ maple dowel rod on May 10th (a Wednesday). Arrived on May 24th. Every time I’d check on order status it’d say “preparing”..., so 5 days after ordering I reached out, asked about it and when it would ship. Got response same day telling me “sorry, it will ship tomorrow”. But it didn’t. A shipping label was created the next day but it wasn’t shipped/in USPS possession until the day after that. Shipped first class parcel. Arrived on May 24th (Wednesday). It took two weeks to receive a simple order after placing it. Makes me wonder if I’d still be waiting if I had not inquired about it. Won’t be dealing with WOOD %26 SHOP INC anymore.
