I don't want to give this Seller 1 Star. I didn't receive the Wheel as advertised. This is deceitful.  I don't receive a new Wheel instead I received used Wheel from this Seller. I have returned this used Wheel back to the Seller. Walmart Customer Service was very helpful with this return request.

I canceled my order and they still sent the item out and from the reviews it appears they do this on purpose and then they hold your refund for the max allowed time. Really shady practice not buying from here again
