I ordered four packs of film and the business sent me four rolls of film. I emailed requesting the missing items, I received a shipping label to send items back. They completely ignored the following four emails I sent, requesting the remaining film instead of pursuing a return. Terrible experience and I won’t be buying from Unique Photo Inc or Walmart online ever again. Zero of five stars, worst online experience and customer service I’ve ever encountered.
