The ladder is a great piece of equipment. Lightweight and versatile in how it can be used. The vertical rail adds a safety aspect critical to its use especially for older folks who may have balance issues. There were no problems ordering or receiving the ladder. The only issue I had was it wasn't packed up in anything but shrink wrap and was left on our front porch. I received another of the same type ladder from Lowe's and it was wrapped in plastic and shipped in a box. I picked it up in the store when it arrived so there was no chance it might have been taken. The vertical safety feature and platform should be added to other ladders as well to improve safety.

This log burned hot and was easy way to clean my chimney.

Shims arrived on time. These longer shims are much easier to use than the short ones found in most hardware stores. These are old school.
