The image looked like the galvenized cylinder was attached to the face plate. It would have been convenient, but I understand it would have been more difficult to ship. The item was not an easy install, partially because our home needed more preparation of the outlet. Overall, very pleased they carried the item and it was delivered efficiently.

I am not satisfied with the order. No padded packaging for items that are electronic. Bag came heavily soiled and beat up. I am hoping that these parts do not fail when I complete the irrigation repair in a couple of weeks. Please consider using padded packaging or a box at least. This unacceptable to place items that can be damaged in a thin shipping bag.

I ordered an old fashioned long curved door knob handle set that was supposed to come with the outside door handle and deadbolt and the inside door knob and deadbolt knob. I RECEIVED A CAN OF CEMENT. TRY CALLING THE NUMBER AND YOU WONT GET A SINGLE SOUL TO SPEAK WITH. I MESSAGED THE SELLER AND 4 DAYS AGO AND HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY AND SENDING A CHEAP CAN OF CEMENT.
