I never received the package of the AAA batteries nor did I ever receive any correspondence regarding the batteries. They were on my list along with the charge. I made some phone calls and one person told me that the order was deleted. I still don't know if I paid for them or not as I haven't received my credit card bill yet. I don't know why they had to be sent to me from another company because I've been in the local Walmart and they have a big supply of the batteries. I won't order them again.

Delivery was quick and I like The Energizer brand I've had two lanterns outside for some cats I feed and shelter and while they're not as bright they're still lit which is pretty good considering how cold it is. I don't want them to be afraid to go in the boxes and get warm. The price is lower than the popular brand and the way I go through them that's a plus.

Don’t think it was the settlers‘s fault item appeared to be closed looked brand new, but when I opened the little two package, all the tools and parts were scattered and not in its place and was missing a very important part part number two adjustable case opener pins, which are extremely important, but seller does not offer a replacement only refund mine is shipping and handling and you have to return the item to the store so I’m just going to have to take a hit on the pins and order them from somewhere else besides that shipping was pretty quick, which was great
