wrong, damage used item were sent, returned item for refund, and they credited and recharged my account, will not use them again.

Excellent product and enclosed was a sample of a hair treatment oil which was even better.

They sent me a cheap substitution. I was not happy at all. The only reason I did not return it was because my old hair dryer was broken and I could not wait to receive another one. I have already ordered another one from another seller. Very unhappy!!

I wanted the super Solano hair dryer not the Vero Solano. I'm very disappointed

I ordered a Helen of Troy hot air brush but received a Hot Tools air brush. The only thing they have in common is that they are both hot air brushes. Different color. Different names. Different quality. I have pictures of what I ordered and what I received if only I could share them. Seller misrepresented the product by using a picture to advertise that looks nothing like what they are selling.

All aspects, from advertising to shipping, were accurate and handled as posted.
