They sent the wrong item twice. I ordered Oh My lip balm and they sent Oh My hand cream.

I really wanted to try on of their products, but since it never arrived. It got lost or stollen and the seller was taking no responsibility for it, instead send me to contact usps, but not offered refund or replacement. We all know that after 48hrs of usps showing something as delivered there is nothing they can do because I’m not the sender, so they referred me back to this company. A never ending cycle of straight bad costumer service. I’ll keep my eye open and make sure to never order from them again.

The wrong item was shipped (Tone Up Based was ordered and I'm Pure Perfect Cica sunscreen was shipped). Vendor was contacted. Vendor came back asking me to send the item back for an exchange. I responded asking if there was a prepaid shipping label and a return address back on 04/20 and never received an answer. After waiting to hear back for over 2 mths, I got tired of waiting and decided to try the sunscreen and immediately regretted because of the terrible white cast that couldn't be removed with a shower. I would give this a negative star if there was such as option.
