Item was shipped out quickly and arrived quickly. No problems with the transaction.

Upon receipt, I opened the package and it was so tightly packed in the bag that almost half of it spilled out on the ground. I sent an email but never heard from anyone. Mistakes are made but why wouldn't they at least respond to me?

I have not used the product yet. I just opened it today, but the packaging alone merits a one star review. The product arrived in a bubble wrap envelope with a flap that was not designed to be reopened, so I carefully cut the top edge of the envelope. However, the flap was wrapped so tightly against the package with no headspace that cutting the envelope inevitably cut open the product packaging. So much fun! Who doesn’t want a million teeny tiny calcium nitrate, beads rolling around on the floor?
