customer service is not their specialty. Their response was that the tracking shows delivered so too bad. i was left scrambling.

Received my order earlier than what was scheduled. The product is nice and rooming for a 4 month old (3-6 month). Worth the price. Good quality and made sturdy for a baby. Bought two more.
