After following Walmart’s return policy exactly and confirming the seller received my return just four days after I shipped it back, I still had to contact Walmart multiple times just to get the refund issued — by Walmart, not the seller. BEWARE: Online third-party sellers on Walmart’s site are NOT the same as buying directly from Walmart. To avoid this hassle, buy ONLY from Walmart itself.
