The order was about 4 days after the delivery day that was given to me and no reason was offered for the delay Poor business

Need to improve your method of shipping fragile foods like crackers and cookies so they don't arrive in pieces.

These chocolates are suppose to come in a temperature safe box. If they get too warm it ruins the almond butter and honestly the whole experience of these chocolates. The UNREAL box says right on it "keep under a certain temperature" however this company failed to follow those instructions and shipped it in a regular box. I received my chocolates from a different retailer last time who shipped them in a temperature safe box and they were delicious!

Good, I guess? Haven’t done much with them to form a history.

Sent the product as ordered and arrived 3 days earlier than scheduled.
