Item was not as described missing seat belts. Wanted to charge me an additional $25 each to get something that was in the item description when I pointed this out they never responded. So I have a wagon for my special needs child without the seat belts I required and paid for.

I would not purchase from them again as I didn't know their return policy was so strict. And the quality of this product is so poor I would not take chances again on any other products.
