Item was what I wanted, and shipping was faster than expected

Item came in a mangled package. I was informed that it would arrive after Christmas. It was a gift. I tried to cancel the order. couldn't cancel. No exceptions! Disappointing!

You should remove your pictures because you're lying to your customers.You should never post pictures that do not represent your product.Just because you post one picture of the dimension of your product does not make it right for you to post other pictures to try to encourage people to buy the grinch. You lied to me about what I would be receiving. And i'm very disappointed. I will be spreading the word if you don't change your posting.Companies like you are cheating.People out of money and that is so wrong.So disappointed in my product that I received a plushie instead of an animated grinch.That is the size of a christmas tree.Unbelievable. please make it right. Not only for me, but for everyone else. Please and Thank you.
