I should have listened to the bad reviews. I reached out to the seller to verify a watch I ordered was in fact New and they told me it was.Upon receiving it, the box was damaged, the watch had scratches on it, and there was no product documentation (manual, etc...). It was very obviously a used watch. Don't order from this company, they have no integrity and should be delisted.
