This is my new favorite discovery. Pasta skyrockets my blood sugar, so when I felt curious and adventurous I tried Palmieri spaghetti noodle cut. So far I have use it as a spaghetti noodle substitute with regular sauce/meatballs, for Shrimp scampi, and just this week when I made chicken "noodle" soup. It was excellent in all accounts

The heart of palm pasta arrived on time and in good shape.

Stored package in pantry after arrival. Opened packed and Package was infested with worms and something flew out when the package was opened. Had to throw whole package out and couldn’t bother with a return for risk of having an infestation in the house. Absolutely disgusting!!!

This is a great product for boat-living-people because there isn’t any cooking involved, plus it’s a wonderful product for people who need a quick way to dine.

This is not pasta nor does it have its texture. I've tried this item before and I like it. The item works well with pasta sauce and hamburger as a meal.
