what are the flagpole all the parts were missing it was a damage beyond repair got a hold of the company I found them rude to deal with they finally sent a new flagpole pole no apologies

Bad experience. Wonder if I'll ever see my refund. Ordered a teapot with an infuser. It arrived missing both the infuser and the teapot top. So... useless. I requested a refund. The seller requested photos of the teapot and the mailing label so that they could "investigate". I sent photos of the teapot The mailing label was torn from the box, but I sent a picture of what remained as well as a screenshot of the Walmart package tracking information. That was over a week ago, and I've neither seen my refund nor heard anything from the seller. I looked a another on-line retailer where this seller is featured. My experience-- in terms of missing parts, in terms of disappointing communication and in terms of no refund being made-- are common with Online Stores, PA LLC. Instead of giving me back my money, they flood me with emails, trying to sell me more things. I'm unhappy with this seller, and unhappy with Walmart for using them as a vendor.
