Shipping was excellent, the dimensions of the frame after installation are closer to 8’ X 5-1/2 feet than 9’ X 6-1/2’. I’m on 5’3” and 78 years old so not able to get in and out without a ladder. My niece and nephew 5’7” and 6’ have no problem getting in and out.
