I called before ordeing, specifically to check the measurements for this harness, and was told it's sized only by weight. Which is a shame, really, because it wasted my time ordering it and sending it back and this could've been avoided if the rep I spoke to would've had the measurements available.

great customer service for returns (I purchased this one from Walmart, but also tried a hip brace that didn't work for my guy that I needed to return). They answered the phone without having to dial a million numbers

I would purchase again from this seller because they have carry a wide range of items for Handicap Dogs.

Good company, nice people. They were quick to replace when they had accidentally sent the wrong one.
