You need to pay for shipping if you are trying to do a return/exchange. This will deter me from shopping with them again and reconsider using Walmart for their 3rd party policy also.

terrible. I called them to tell them I never received it. that was in January. I still haven't got it. They said it was going to be sent because it was false that it was delivered. wait was false and still is
