Outdoor Bunker

The item was received earlier than expected which is always a good thing.

I decided right after ordering this, that I like to cancel and I did that right away. After 4 days I received an email saying that they got my message the day before they sent me the email (meaning 3 days after I bought and sent the message) and the order was shipped. So I had to pay for the return if I want to return it. Not sure if this was Walmart fault or the seller

Excellent experience with the seller. The product was brand new. It arrived sooner than expected.

I gave up waiting for the supplier to fix the problem. So I went and ordered 7/32 cordage from another source.

The product itself is good. Shipping was fast. But I give these items only three stars because the label on them is horrible. It is completely wrapped around the cylinder and stuck to the plastic. I bought three sets of these containers. And it took me an hour to scrape off the entire label that is stuck to and wrapped completely around the entire cylinder. So note to the manufacturer or distributor please rethink your label that you attached to these containers. It's completely ridiculous for your customers to spend an hour trying to scrape your label off the plastic container so it can be used :(

Although shipping delays are to be expected with Covid-19, the product sat in a ND UPS shipping facility for 1 month.
