The original doll was lost, but once I contacted the company, they were quick to send a replacement!!! After that, the doll, arrived in 2 days. The price was cheaper than Amazon, Lake shore etc. I have Prime and was originally really annoyed with the amount of time the processing and shipping took, but once I again contacted the company, the customer service was fantastic.

Packaging of the item was smashed inside the envelop they mailed it in. Ad states for a smaller doll but did not fit the 13" I had purchased. Return policy states that they charge a 25% restocking fee. Would have thought twice before purchasing from them again. Plus, was delivered late.

The seller was able to resolve this issue, refunding my money, after I called and then had to send an email with pictures of the doll.
