Delivery was fairly quick. But, important instructions about how to open the package were inside of the package, which makes no sense and isn't helpful. Thankfully I had those instructions from another source.

First comforter was king size , I ordered a queen, Web Linens did resolve that issue. But the replacement , queen size was lesser quality and not overfilled, or over sized like the first one that was delivered. I immediately e mailed the company expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction and have not heard back from them.
