The item is great and I love the hi-res earbuds for my hi-res player, but my issue is with the seller. I ordered late on a Friday and paid for One-Day Shipping. I understand the weekend, but I had to contact the seller about the transaction and did not receive the product until the Wednesday. This would have been a 5-Star rating if the product was received timely.

I received the product about a week after the projected arrival date. It was estimated to arrive between 6/2 and 6/8, but it wasn't shipped until 6/8 and arrived on 6/13. Other than that, I have no issues with my experience.
