I ordered the Samsung HW-Q990D 11.1.4 system from seller Beach Camera. They sent the HW-Q900F 7.1 instead—a significantly cheaper model with no rear speakers. After checking other reviews, I see I’m not the only one this has happened to. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this much money only to be sent the wrong item and then be told it will take three weeks to get my refund after returning it. If you're looking for the Q990D, avoid this seller and buy directly from Walmart or another reputable source.

The purchase was perfect. The delivery not so much. I was told that I had to be home to sign for the TV. I was. The TV was left leaning against my garage door. ANYBODY could have come by and snatched it up. I was not very happy so chances are I will never buy anything online from Walmart again.
