Actually, my seller was Net Mechant. When I contacted them to return the Argo duffel bag, they said just write REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER on the shipping label. But the post office said since I opened the shipment, I cannot do that, and have to request a pre-paid label from the shipper. I contacted Net Merchant, but they did not answer.
