The product itself is AMAZING! Love this shampoo and conditioner. The reason I am giving it a 3 is because it arrived damaged. Though the top was taped, it still leaked. I wish I could have receive partial credit, but I would have had to return the entire thing.

My order arrived quickly and was in very good condition. The bottles were reinforced with heavy tape. There was just a slight leakage of the shampoo but no big deal.
