An order was placed inadvertently while holding my phone with the Walmart app open and looking for another item in store. After getting an alert for the order on my phone, I immediately cancelled the order through Walmart. This was within minutes. I also sent a message to the seller, requesting that they not ship this item, that the order was an error. I received no contact from the seller to update status. Two days later, they shipped the item, anyway; despite my immediate efforts to cancel. Of course, my payment (on file with Walmart) was charged and the money withdrawn , prior to the item being shipped. This was a failure by the Walmart application and customer service, as well as the seller. Now I've got to go through the hassle of returning the item and getting my money back. Walmart and the seller did not perform well.
