Worst Customer Service ever. I ordered a scanner and when I received it, it was missing all hardware, mounting brackets, software, cables, paper guides etc. Trying to get in touch with someone and no returns emails of calls within the 48hr period. Sent numerous requests to get parts but no one calls or emails.

Incomplete package. no cables, base, or lifter. Don't give it a second look.

Terrible experience. inaccurate description of item and useless product.

I was sent the wrong cables. I received 2 - yellow CAT-6 network Cables. I needed 2 -Display Port Adapter connections to VGA Serial Ports for monitors.

Absolutely unmistakably the incorrect item was shipped as opposed to what was shown on the listing. I received some sort of computer part instead of the Pelican storage case shown in the listing. After intitally ordering, I received a shipping confirmation which showed the package weighing 3.5 lbs. I immediately reached out to the vendor asking if there was mistake because correct item listed is supposed to weigh over 23 lbs. No answer at all from the vendor. I am returning whatever this is that they sent to Walmart for a refund.

Suspect Vendor Review: I ordered a specific item, but the seller shipped a much cheaper product with a very similar part number—a clear attempt to pass it off as the correct one. This feels deceptive and unacceptable. I expect honest and accurate fulfillment when purchasing from Walmart. This vendor’s actions raise serious concerns, and I urge further investigation to prevent others from experiencing the same issue. Buyer beware!
