Everything went fine, It’s the official BIC store retailer on Walmart e-commerce.

Bic lighters are as advertised, arrived in a timely manner, works great, and have nice pastel colors.

Never received order. I've contacted seller several times for a refund or proof of delivery but they don't respond. I will not buy from seller again if this is how their customer service is.

They changed the delivery date so it was delivered too late for me to give as a birthday gift. On January 17, they finally sent an email stating that they would issue a refund. I have just checked with Visa again and there was no transaction from the BIC Store or in the appropriate amount. TERRIBLE customer service.

I’ve ordered through this seller before. On time. They all worked well. I like having a choice of designs.

Good grill %26 candle lighters. Bic is always a good brand %26 we can count of them to work when needed.

it would be a great deal if all the BIC lighters would work as I only use them to light specific things. Several lighters were defective and some were missing fuel as I mentioned
