The product wasn't available i any of your stores so ordered from manufacturer which was a bit more costly then I normally pay when in season. So far so good we will see if the moles stay away for 3 Mos and if not I will have to use another brand

They deliver a product I did not order and it would not do what I bought it to do.

The blow gun had a deformation where it connects and inserts into the ball chuck. In other words, the tube opening was not round and required me to heat, press and grind down the outer surface so that it would insert into the air chuck. Unsatisfactory quality control.

When the USPS failed us, this seller went above and beyond to get the product to me — and wouldn't accept remuneration for the second item they sent. I'll look for them whenever I order tools and such from Walmart! Excellent customer service (and product!).

No communication needed. Arrived on time and packaged okay.
