Exactly as described. This is far preferable to canvas fold-ups most folks are using these days sturdier and more comfortable. Safer, as well.

I didn't require any communication with the seller. Shipping and handling was fine. Item description was accurate.

We bought screw in bolts, to web metal tubing frame backs of a patio chair %26 a loveseat we had removed the torn up wicket from. So we drilled holes through the metal frame at measured intervals, then used the screwbolts with washers under the heads, to push through then tighten a bolt with another washer on the other side (in back). Be sure to get enough bolts and small flat washers from your hardware store. If replacing a webbed chair to start with, it will be easier since holes are there already, and maybe screws to clip on, as well. Tools we used were a drill %26 measuring/marking location on the frame, a level, scissors to cut the second end each time with enough spare material to wrap around both sides, a small wrench to hold while tightening it with a screwdriver.

So nice to be able to redo your chairs easily. I even wrapped my wrought iron chairs. I had no trouble figuring out ways to secure the ends. May fray but being careful and buying the right clips etc, this product is a good quality and durable.

Like that the chair is made in the USA, it’s a good quality item, but way overpriced!
