I was provided tracking number in a timely manner and received item as promised.

wasn't as smooth as it should have been took to long to get and I had to call and email people to finally get it

Product arrived on time, and was packed very well. However Fedex crushed the box in handling, a very small amount of the product leaked out of the bottle.

Item arrived via USPS and quicker than the automated emails said it would.

I had a had time getting it shipped after paying for it .

Seller shipped quickly and responded the next day to my report of having received a product that was damaged when packaged.). Seller required photos...my bad. At the time, getting the smelly, nasty slime out of my house without vomiting was the only thing I could think of. At the time, I didn’t think to snap photos (between gags). Costly error on my part.

Got here very fast to my house not po box. Was here and was still getting my ph meter in mail too. All stuff is new and in good working shape

Tho the item isn't holding up to what it said it could do. I hold nothing against Xtreme Hydroponics they delievered it fast and was a brand new item.

I do not recommend this company - it does not respond to concerns and sent less product than ordered.
