I ordered an island cabinet that fit what i needed. Unfortunately the countertop warped and cracked, but the company was very responsive and gave a refund since it was out of stock and replacement was not possible. I would highly recommend ordering from this company due to their excellent customer service response.

originally had a bad experience. it has since been resolved. It wad hard to get a hold of customer service, but the 2nd woman who helped me made it right. The product itself is decent, but i ordered 2 sinks. One had broken doors (probably due to shipping company) but trying to get replacement doors was originally a headache. if you have issues, contact csr@merax.com

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. They are scammers, you can read from the numerous reviews. We processed a return for a product littered with fiberglass all over. They refunded the amount and then proceeded to process the payment again. Then they said they are not able to send the money back.

When I ordered the item, the app said that the actual color would be black walnut. The cream walnut was delivered. Other than the color (which is very important), the island and stools are easy to assemble and seem to be of good quality. Would have returned the item if it wasn’t for the hassle.
