The seller's description was inaccurate and the seller refused to accept responsibility. It took 4 days and 4 back and forth emails with them denying responsibility by stating the listing was a Walmart issue when it was clearly a BulbAmerica issue due to their item description. The purchase price was only refunded after I stated I would be reporting them to the Michigan Consumer Protection Agency and the Michigan Attorney General's office, and only then did they change their listing, , yet still blamed Walmart.
