they will remain totally deaf to your pleas to make any rasonable changes in their ridiculuos delivery restrictions which makes it impossible to buy anything from them, more over unpleasant. Don not buy, let them move alone.

The item showed “On the way” within a day of ordering. Tracking showed “label printed” and remained in that status past the promised delivery date. This vendor did refund my money, holding for another “up to 10 business days, blaming the problem on FedEx losing the item; though for that to happen would require the pick up driver to lose between pick up and first scan. I doubt it. I believe the vendor takes orders without product in stock in hopes of sourcing the product at a profit. If not they hold your money for up to 20 days.
