I didn’t get the package. Picture shows random location and doesn’t even show the label of the box to prove it’s even my package (it certainly isn’t my delivery location).
Call FedEx to straighten this out. FedEx contractor repeatedly leaves packages in mailroom even when customer doesn’t have a box in the mailroom. The lazy contractor counts on residents doing the legwork to hunt down their packages.
Well now the apartment managers refuse to open the mailroom door for residents who don’t have a box.
For the contractor to deliver to the mailroom he must input the resident name. Since I don’t have a mailbox there they just dropped the package under a random name take a picture, and leave it to me to figure out where it is.
Use a different package carrier. Or call FedEx to report this contractor. Residents and managers have repeatedly told this person to stop doing this. It’s been over a year. It’s high time they got fired.
Only recourse is to get a refund for nondelivered package every time this happens. Lazy FedEx contractors are costing you money.
