Inaccurate listing. Product was used/refurbed and listing indicated new. Not original packaging or materials, and again, not mentioned anywhere in listing or title. Seller is "fine" but needs to be more specific on listings.

If it’s refurbished or returned and is not coming in its original packaging with instructions, it should say so.

the seller needs to put a clear description on this product. it's an opened box/used item. but it's never shown in anywhere in the item description.

item was as described. best price around. shipping wasn't real fast but I got what I wanted at a great price.

My product was weeks late and every time I reached out to them, their reply was short and unhelpful...like it was my fault. Item did eventually arrive and has worked great but would never purchase from this seller again. Especially if I need an item delivered when they said it would be.

The keyboard folio I received did not work. I wrote to the seller explaining the problem and never heard back from them. I question whether seller is just ripping me off.
