The listing for Walmart says the scale holds up to 400lbs but the DIRECTIONS SAY IT ONLY WEIGHS up to 360lbs!

Been telling seller that we didn’t get the package and it’s been more than a week still they want us to check our door , our neighbors and mailbox which I did the day I got the message that it was delivered and I had reported to Walmart customer service the same day that I didn’t get the package. Unpleasant experience
