One of the screws in the pack was bent and one of my chairs was chipped when it arrived. I couldn't assemble the chair with the bent screw. I contact Bison via email, they responded promptly , apologized, although its not their fault things happen in the shipping process. They asked for an exact list of items that I needed and sent them to me right away. Incase you are wondering I was never compensated for this review. Im just another customer

I truly believe this is a good product made with good materials- however, the little lady on the delivery truck could not handle the weight of the delivery and it was damaged. Instead of returning back to Walmart - I repaired it myself (broken spindles for seat support).
