I recall a few days when I was not sure where my package was and whether it has been actually shipped, there was enough of a delay/black hole that I looked up ROSSROY INTERNATIONAL on the internet in an effort to find out a phone number to reach them which I never did find. A few days later the shipment finally arrived. While this type of experience is not uncommon, If ROSSROY wanted to improve their service, they should make themselves reachable by phone and also not list the item as shipped until it has reached the shipper, instead of listing the item as shipped as soon as a "label" has been printed.
