The guest hand towels no matter where I order them come in creased as they are simply shipped in enveloped and not boxes. I order 100 or 200 at a time. I believe I am ordering a box but they are taken out of box shown on website and placed in shipping boxes from every store I order them from, They always come wrinkled or creased. How can I avoid this ?

These are first rate hand towels. Super absorbent and never fall apart; close to cloth towel experience and feel. I first came across these in the men's room at a high end French restaurant and asked where they bought them. You will love them.
