My experience with the seller was good. However, it was not good with the installers at Walmart. I do not recommend Walmart to purchase tires or have them installed at that location. The tire I bought in August was defective being that it did not withstand usual wear and tear. I was directed by a Walmart employee to buy another tire, return the defective one, and I would be issued a reimbursement for the tire. The installers disputed this. I had just purchased the brand new tire in August and this is January! The tire formed a bubble, was leaking air, and posed a potentially dangerous situation for me. When they installed the new tire, they were missing a clip needed! I was instructed to "return on Monday (January 19, 2026) and they may or may not have the part needed on that date." I am presently fighting with Walmart over this situation. I will not purchase another tire through them. The staff/installers were totally unprofessional and unknowledgeable to the point where I question the safety of operating my vehicle after their installation.
