Seller has never delivered the paid for product, and has never responded to inquiries. Seller is a pitiful partner for Walmart and no one should ever do business with them.

As stated these batteries are not fully charged. And I tested all town batteries with a voltmeter looking for one that would be a full charge of 1.55 V I could not find one in the pack of 10 that was good. Usually you’ll find this one stock is old and they have been sitting for a while just like any battery would overtime and lose voltage.
