How can you fill an item that was ordered with something that wasn't even close to what was to be sent? If you didn't have the item that send a notification saying you did not have what you advertised. Very poor service picking another item that was not wanted. I don't have time to run around for returns. The customer expects to receive what they ordered and paid for!

The sign doesn’t say what you advertised. Says closed please call again. You sent one sign when it was advertised as 2 separate signs. I just actually needed the time clock part. Waste of money. And I can’t get to store to return it.
