Sent them an email stating that the recipe booklet did not come with my order. They replied a few days later with their hours and a number to call. Why do that when they already have my request? This is making more work for me to get what should have been included in the shipment to me. I'd be fine with just a pdf file, and stated that. So, some frustration in getting what was promised and paid for.
