Aside from the issues with the product itself, the overall experience wasn't bad. Fast sipping, packaged well, and accepts returns. At least on this item. I'd be willing to purchase from them again if the product is one I have used in the past and know to be a good product.

Shipping was a nightmare. Free 2 day shipping for in stock item became almost a week. Once the package arrived, it was shipped in bubble mailer. The case inside was crushed and broken. Some of the discs were scratched and could not use them. I have reached out to the company that sold them, but I have no luck talking to them
